The farm holidays Airone is a country house immersed in the heart of tuscan Maremma, situated just few km from Grosseto down town and from the Maremma Natural Park, the “Parco dell’ Uccellina”.


Near the Agriturismo, there is a bike path that connects the city of Grosseto with Marina di Grosseto. You can reach the beaches of Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, and Castiglione della Pescaia by bicycle, or you can ride into the city of Grosseto. Thanks to the bike bridge over the Ombrone River, you can quickly reach Marina di Alberese by bike. The Agriturismo provides bicycles for guests (subject to availability) and also has a garage for those who wish to bring their own bicycle on vacation.

Who love history and culture, can make exursions in the up-country visiting the ruins of ancient etruscan and medieval civilizations: Roselle, Vetulonia, Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano, Massa Marittima.

The natural lovers can visit WWF oasi of Orbetello, Burano and The Regional Reserve Of Diaccia Botrona.

For those who prefersan unforgettable relaxing holidays it’s easy to reach the most pleasant beaches of Maremma seabord: Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Cala Violina, Alberese, Talamone, Monte Argentario or can enjoy the theurapetic properties of the wather of Saturnia and Petriolo Thermal bath.

Maremma is not only beaches and country but offers also a mountain landscape: the monte Amiata, an ideal place to enjoy beautiful walks through the woods and to visit typical medieval villages: Arcidosso, Santafiora, Castel del Piano.
