Sofa bed : 10 € per night

Minimum stay: July and August : 1 week.
Animals are welcome. For owners of pets there is an extra cost of € 20 for final cleaning.

Prices do not include the tourist tax required by the Municipality. Tourist tax, equal to 1.50 EURO per day per person (up to a maximum of 14 days).

Services included :
water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, weekly linen change, use of bicycles and barbecue included. Washing machine use.
Wi Fi connection.

Methods of payment :
30% down payment upon booking by postal order or bank or postal transfer.
Balance : cash upon arrival.
Reservations are binding only on receipt of the deposit.

Arrival/departure regulations :
You should check in to your apartment between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must vacate your apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
